Using imagery and sensation to provoke a deeper, more visceral experience, we will move through a ballet class. This class is aimed to get us out of our heads and into our bodies, to prepare us to explore phrase work. We will then move into idea generating—gathering tools to strengthen our practice and to build strong tethers to anchor our survival and fulfillment in the profession.
