Bryanna Dean was raised in the unfortunately deep and detached countryside of Shenandoah, Virginia. She studied dance on the recreational level until being accepted into Florida State University’s dance program. She studied under remarkable artists such as Gwen Welliver, Gerri Houlihan, Donna Uchizono, Anjali Austin, Tiffany Rhynard, among others. She is currently an active freelance teacher and lives a dual life, as NYC artists do, as a performer and choreographer. Bryanna is also a major advocate for young artists and invites the community to see dance as a life-enhancing art form and encourages the younger generation to participate in her appreciation of it.
