Dayron was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. He graduated from the Professional Art School of Dance EVA José María Heredia in Santiago de Cuba as a dancer and a professional dance teacher specializing in modern and contemporary dance, latin dance and folklore dances. After graduating, Dayron had the pleasure of working in different dance companies; as a dancer at Teatro de la Danza del Caribe in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and as a dancer and rehearsal director at Ayikodans Dance Company and Artcho Dance School in Port au Prince, Haiti. He has danced in several dance projects and has also engaged in teaching both children and adults in dance.
After his dancing career, Dayron continued his studies receiving a BA of Hospitality Management majoring in Experience and Wellness Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland. Since then, he has worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA) in Shanghai, China with designing, developing and organizing educational programs and workshops at the museum. In New York, he has previously worked at the Immigrant Artist Program (IAP) at NYFA (New York Foundation for the Arts).
