Fallon finds the routine of choreography as inspiring as improvisation which is reflected in her approach to her career in luxury retail management and merchandising. Her passion for driving both revenue and talent growth led to her current position where she leads a team who provides world class service and experiences to ultra-high net worth individuals worldwide. Now as the Regional Sales Manager at Farfetch’s Private Client Division, she has established a bountiful network and following from her experience in various senior management roles at Barneys, Burberry and Urban Zen by Donna Karan. As a devoted retail executive with a keen focus on the arts, Fallon founded Alex Ray Studios in 2012 to provide her community with the technical training that is deeply rooted in story telling through transformative and convicting movement. She has a grounded interested towards non- profit organizations while building strategic partnerships and is now serving as a junior board member of the Lower East Side Girls Club of NYC.
