Gabriella “Gab” Alarcon (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based professional with a passion for supporting dance, live events, and arts administration. She earned her BA in Communication Studies with a minor in Arts & Entertainment Management from Pace University and studied abroad at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain.

Gab brings a well rounded experience in live event production, having supported high-profile productions including the 2025 FOX Upfront, Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest, and the Tribeca Film Festival, where she served as Lead VIP Concierge. She also worked at PAC NYC as an Audience Services Representative and contributed to the International Emmy Awards as a Judging Assistant Intern and Gala Co-Captain. She is excited to bring her organizational skills, attention to detail, and love for performance to Gibney Dance Center, supporting the team in creating exceptional experiences for artists and audiences alike.
