Venezuelan native, raised in Miami, Jannah began her dance training at the age of eight at Dancetown Miami. She attended New World School of the Arts high school, graduating in 2015 and went on to graduate from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA with a BFA in Dance in 2018. Jannah furthered her training with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s Professional Program under the direction of Alexandra Wells, where she performed the works of Rena Butler and Florian Lochner alongside Hubbard Street’s main company. Jannah spent summers training with Gaga NYC, Gallim Dance New York, Axis Connect, Movement Invention Project, NW Dance Project, SHARE Berlin, and Springboard Danse Montréal. While in Chicago she began her professional freelance career and was invited to perform for Kristina Isabelle Dance Company and JoAnna Mendl Shaw’s Equus Project. A lifetime learner, Jannah is now studying to become a certified Master Nutrition Therapist while continuing to pursue her career as a freelance dancer in New York City.
