Jesse Orkin (she/her) is an activist and artist from Brooklyn who is passionate about the intersection of creativity, community, and social impact. She graduated Occidental College with a B.A. in American Studies and a minor in Media, Arts and Culture, concentrating on film as a mode of activism. Jesse has experience in arts programming, research, and community engagement at organizations such as The One Institute and Project Safe. She believes deeply in the power of art to inspire change in the world and is dedicated to supporting artists and organizations that foster creativity, dialogue, and imagination.
