Liam Mejia Moran, is a New York based filmmaker with over 10 years of experience in documentary and narrative storytelling, He has Produced, Managed and Edited creative content for clients including American Express, New York Public Radio, National Park Services, CUNY, WNET, Hasbro, Enactus World Cup, Empire Entertainment, VH1, Paramount, First Republic Bank, and The door.

He got his first taste of filmmaking at the age of 15, directing his first short, a coming of age story “Journey to the Unknown” with Reel Works. His film was screened at Tribeca Film Festival’s 2006 Our City, My Story. Liam has been featured in Latina Magazine as a young filmmaker to watch.

When he is not working on client projects he focuses on highlighting stories about the Latino and LGBTQ communities in Brooklyn. He is currently working on a Documentary called “Los Lunicorns”. This Latinx LGBTQ+ organization aims to create a safe space for the voices of Trans women in Staten Island.
