Loren Sass

Loren Sass graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College with BA in Dance and Business Administration, where she had the opportunity to choreograph seven original works and perform at the American College Dance Association and the Rivers Merge Dance Festival. Loren has spent the past four summers at the American Dance Festival, first as a student, then as the Development and Special Events Intern, and most recently, as the Development Assistant. She has performed works by Jeffrey Peterson, Randall Anthony Smith, Nicholas Leichter and Teena Marie Custer. After graduating from the Union County Academy of Performing Arts, Loren took a gap year in Israel as part of the Nativ College Leadership Program, and has since looked at the world through an ever-increasing globalized lens. Loren is excited to be joining the Gibney Dance community and can’t wait to see what New York has in store!
