Raj Singh is the Managing Partner of JLL Spark, the corporate venture capital arm of JLL, where he leads strategic investments in PropTech that drive innovation across the real estate industry. In this role, Raj is responsible for identifying, funding and scaling early and growth-stage technology companies that enhance JLL’s service offerings and create value for its clients. With deep expertise in venture capital, technology and entrepreneurship, he plays a pivotal role in integrating emerging digital solutions into JLL’s global operations. Prior to joining JLL, Raj served as Interim Co-Head and Managing Director of Investments at JetBlue Technology Ventures, the corporate venture capital group of JetBlue Airways. In this capacity, he focused on sourcing, evaluating and investing in transformative travel and aviation technologies, strengthening JetBlue’s competitive edge through strategic innovation. Raj has extensive experience in venture capital and technology investment. As a General Partner and Co-Founder of Pervasive Technology Ventures and previously as a Principal at Investcorp’s New York-based VC arm, he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing investments in technology startups. He also held leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&), where he led strategy and technology projects across e-commerce, media, telecommunications and financial services. Earlier in his career, Raj was the CEO and Co-Founder of Sooqini, a London-based on-demand platform designed to help small businesses delegate tasks efficiently. He also co-founded and led a Geneva-based consulting firm, advising governments and organizations on entrepreneurship and economic development. He began his career at IBM, where he held multiple positions relating to technology and business strategy. Raj holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and a B.Sc. in Computing Science from Imperial College London. Raj joined the Gibney Board in 2025.
