Gibney’s Visa & Professional Training Program offer students from around the world an opportunity for immersive study at Gibney over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

The program includes options for professional or aspiring professional dancers. Each student selects a Program Track and builds a customized weekly class schedule based on their interests and professional goals.

Gibney Training fosters a supportive, non-judgemental environment where dancers can take risks, have fun, and grow while training at an advanced level.

Curriculum

Learn about the Visa & Professional Training program curriculum, both in and out of the studio. Our aim is to offer well-rounded training for dancers to improve their artistic and physical abilities while growing as critical thinkers, community builders, and artist-entrepreneurs.

Program Tracks

The Visa & Professional Training program offers several courses of study for students to choose based on their interests and professional goals: Contemporary Dance, Choreographic Process, Ballet Studies, Community Action, or Independent Study.
