DIGITAL: Organizational Systems with Sarah A.O. Rosner

Start the season with clarity and drive – revamp the way you work with a handful of helpful organizational systems and intentional frameworks for getting it all done! Break down a maximalist workload into an easy workflow that motivates rather than overwhelms. You’ll leave the workshop with my personal to-do list system, strategies for databasing and troubleshooting, and ways to map and set intentions for your immediate future, next few months, and long term hustle.

ABOUT SARAH A.O. ROSNER

Sarah A.O. Rosner is an administrator, producer, consultant, and maker. A Sarah Lawrence graduate, they began their career as Manager of Audience Engagement & Artist Services at Dance Theater Workshop. They managed 200+ artists per season and played a key role in the transition of the organization and its programs to what is now New York Live Arts. Sarah went on to found A.O. PRO(+ductions), where they provided consulting, media, management, production, and design services for the NYC arts community. Most recently, Sarah served as the Producing Manager for Juliana F. May and the Managing Consultant for Tere O’Connor Dance. Through their consulting and specialization in crowdfunding, they have helped artists raise $226,000 across 30 projects in the past seven years. Sarah also serves as Director of performance company the A.O. Movement Collective and queer studio AORTA films.

REGISTRATION

Classes will be streamed live via Zoom. You need a device connected to the internet, you don’t need camera capabilities. Students must pre-register for class and download the Zoom app to join.

Registration will close 20 minutes before the class time. 15 minutes before class, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. Please make sure your Zoom name matches the name you signed up for class with. The class will close 10 minutes after its scheduled start time so please join the class on time.

Please be advised that if there is more than one class taker on your zoom, all must be registered for the class before starting. If a class taker is not registered, Gibney staff will remove you from the class immediately. You will be allowed to re-enter the class once all participants have registered.

Gibney will provide Live Transcription via Otter Live Notes for this class. To access the live transcript in the Zoom meeting, click the red LIVE indicator and then select “View Stream on Otter.ai Live Notes” in the dropdown. The live transcript will open in a separate browser window.
