A 2-hour gathering to move, listen, see, sweat, think, talk and rest within the speculative space/place that is g1(host). Here, “wake work,” as scholar Christina Sharpe asserts, is an act of suspension, an oceanic black thing that we’re all drenched by and in.
ALL welcomed, no dance or arts experience needed – we want to open up possibilities in our sensory field(s) together.
