The Feldenkrais Method is a mastering of self-use. This work gives agency to the artist through self-directed choice making. It redefines our habits by aligning our intentions through our actions, giving clarity to our thoughts and specificity to our actions. With its capacity to improve mental and emotional health and to significantly navigate injury, this is a work that is truly relevant for our times. Please bring a mat and/or a towel to lie on.
You are invited to experience how our thinking, emoting, and way of being reflects through our actions. Join the experience for one day or two days. The workshop does not build on the previous day. Each day is complete in itself. We will deepen the experience from your entry point. Looking forward to seeing you there.
