Chelsea Bonosky is a dancer, artist and activist based in New York City. She studied at The Draper Center for Dance Education and went on to receive her undergraduate degree from New York University’s, Tisch School of the Arts. Chelsea is collaborative creative partners with Adam Barruch and teaches Mr. Barruch’s technique of Dynamic Sequencing (Hubbard Street, HSPro, NYU), is an invited member of The Margie Gillis Legacy Project, and performed with Punchdrunk’s immersive production of Sleep No More. Her visual art has been highlighted in Most Influential Art Magazine, and held in curated exhibition at Van Der Plas Gallery in NYC. A percentage of her purchased works are donated to a social organization of the buyers choice. Chelsea has served as a teaching artist with ASTEP, Ambassador for Free Body Project, and volunteer / independent fundraiser for Dancers Responding to AIDS.
She is currently getting her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service, with a focus in cognitive behavioral therapy and women’s reproductive rights.
