Dominique Watson (she/her) is a creative and dynamic production professional who thrives behind the scenes—keeping teams organized, events seamless, and systems running like clockwork. With a background in dance and a passion for arts administration, Dominique has built a diverse portfolio of experience across event management, technical production, and operations in both nonprofit and commercial settings.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Dominique recently made the move to New York City, bringing with her a track record of leadership, a deep love for live performance, and a commitment to community-driven work. She’s held roles ranging from Production Manager to Lead Lighting Designer, working on everything from national dance conventions to large-scale botanical garden light shows. She also served as the first-ever Production Manager for Dance Alabama!, where she led a 200+ member team and helped shape the future of student-run performances.

A proud recipient of multiple academic and departmental honors, Dominique brings not just technical expertise, but curiosity, warmth, and an ability to lead with both precision and heart.

She’s excited to continue growing her career in the arts while supporting creative teams and meaningful work at every stage of production.
