Jessica Crist is originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where she began her dance training at Capital Area School for the Arts. During high school Jessica began non-profit work with Tree4Hope, an organization centered around youth and elders in Guatemala. Jessica is now a senior at Montclair State University, pursuing her BFA in Dance and Pre-Physical Therapy. While at school she has performed in works by Shapiro and Smith, Alwin Nikolai, and Kathleen Kelley. She has been fortunate enough to attend summer programs such as Earl Mosley’s Institute of the Arts, Hubbard Street Chicago, and Sidra Bell’s Module. This fall Jessica will be on staff at Tree4Hope for arts outreach and STEAM education for an all-girls school opening in Guatemala, while attending school. Jessica began her center internship in May of 2018.
