Kayla White (she/her) is a Brooklyn based movement artist. Originally from Dallas, TX, she earned her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of Texas at Austin. Her current artistic interests build upon resilience in softening and expansive empathy. Recent credits include Charles O. Anderson/Dance Theatre X’s “(Re)Current Unrest” as well as works by Rena Butler, Courtney Mazeika, Elizabeth Dishman, Maleek Washington, Jenn Freeman, and Gesel Mason.
