Kendra is an artist and researcher fascinated by the connection between kinesthesia, empathy, and dance. Her training began in classical ballet and modern in Boise, ID, and she went onto receive a dual BA in Dance and Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology from Columbia University with the Class of 2022. During her time at Columbia, she completed a thesis exploring the use of vulnerability as a tool for connection within dance, focusing on the works of Crystal Pite, which she plans to investigate further and across broader platforms. She is thrilled to join the inaugural cohort of GibneyPRO!
