Born and raised in Los Angeles, Skye Kita began dancing at eight years old where she trained at Dance Studio 84 for ten years. She is currently enrolled at Boston Conservatory at Berklee pursuing her BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance, and plans to graduate in May of 2023. Skye has furthered her training at summer intensives including Orsolina 28, GagaLab, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and WESTSIDE Dance Project. Accolades that she has received include the Jan Veen Scholarship and Kay Kazuko Furuta Sakaguchi Scholarship. Her dream is to be part of a contemporary dance repertoire company and travel the world
