Thuy Wyckoff graduated from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance having earned a BFA in Dance Performance and a Minor in Arts Management. During her time at Purchase she performed works by George Balanchine, Taryn Kaschock Russell, Kimberly Bartosik, Gary Jeter, Stuart Loungway among others. Additionally, Wyckoff has trained in programs offered by Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Exploring Ballet with Suzanne Farrell, BalletX, The Washington Ballet and others.
Wyckoff has served as an adjunct professor for Drexel University, and founded WyckoffCollective, a collective based in New York City. She has premiered works in theaters located in Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. Additionally, WyckoffCollective has taken part in The Women in Dance Leadership Conference, Koresh Dance Company’s Come Together Dance Festival, and the International Women’s Day Festival, as well as held a Winter Workshop at The Philadelphia Dance Theatre for pre-professional artists under the direction of Thuy Wyckoff.
She joined Gibney Company as an intern in 2019, and is now Gibney Company’s Deputy General Manager.
