Trey Singletary (He/Him) is a performer, choreographer, and teaching artist originally from Queens, New York. He embarked on his formative training journey at Creative Outlet and Purelements, while also honing his skills at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and attending LaGuardia Arts High School. Trey earned his BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA.
During his time at UArts, Trey had the opportunity to showcase his talent in works by renowned choreographers such as Gary Jeter, Kyle & Dinita Clark, and Juel D. Lane. He actively participated in esteemed programs like The International Association of Blacks in Dance and JUMPSTART, under the mentorship of Emily Greenwell.
Currently, he thrives as a freelance dancer and passionate teaching artist, sharing his expertise with children across New York City.
