Hailey Tedesco is a New Jersey-based theater artist and technician who strives to cultivate community, connection, and collaboration. With a BA in Theater Technology and Design from Rider University, her work extends through sound, lighting, and scenic design, as well as stage management. While at school, she found herself in rehearsal rooms, behind the camera, and making friends out of strangers. Her passion for performance art is rooted in her drive to connect and her ambition to promote change in every way she can.
