Beth & Eric Bergmann have over 30 years of combined experience in the Health & Fitness industries and focus on improving resilience via movement, soft tissue work, and nutrition.  Their clientele span a wide range of individuals including professional athletes to Cirque du Soleil acrobats, actors, authors, executives, stay at home moms/dads, doctors, other trainers, and even great grandmas.

Inspired by Beth’s training at the National Ballet of Canada and Juilliard and her career as a professional dancer in New York City, Beth and Eric founded Dance Repair Shop (DRS). DRS aims to bridge the gaps between cutting edge Performance Enhancement protocols, Dance Medicine & Science research, and traditional training practices in an effort to significantly reduce injury rates, improve physical and aesthetic performance, and extend the duration of dancers’ careers.

Beth and Eric have worked with dancers around the world including members of Paul Taylor Dance Company, Hubbard Street Professional Program, Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal, Kidd Pivot, Punchdrunk International, ChuThis, Regional Dance America and others, providing movement analyses, injury risk screenings, customized performance enhancement programs, and education tailored to the needs of individual dancers and the choreographic demands of each company.

Beth & Eric are licensed as Massage Therapists and hold certifications as Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Personal Trainers, Precision Nutrition Coaches, Functional Movement Specialists, and Progressive Calisthenics Coaches.  Additionally, they have a specialty in Neurokinetic Therapy and serve as subject matter experts for the American Fitness Institute.
