Lynn Gitlitz has held senior marketing management positions with leading companies in the beauty, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Ms. Gitlitz combines creativity with analytical and managerial discipline – balancing entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic, ROI-driven judgment. Ms. Gitlitz was the principle architect of Avon’s worldwide change initiative to become “the company that best understands and meets the needs of women.” A longtime Gibney Dance board member, Ms. Gitlitz also serves on the board of the Institute for Women’s Policy research. She holds an MBA in marketing from New York University and a BA in economics from Case Western Reserve University.
