Lynn Gitlitz has held senior marketing management positions with leading companies in the beauty, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Lynn combines creativity with analytical and managerial discipline – balancing entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic, ROIdriven judgment. She was the principal architect of Avon’s worldwide change initiative to become “The company for women.” A longtime Gibney Dance board member, Lynn also served on the board of the Institute for Women’s Policy research for nine years. She holds an MBA in marketing from New York University and a BA in economics from Case Western Reserve University. Lynn has served as a Gibney Board member since 1998.
