Anna Paterson

Operations Associate

Anna Paterson (they/she) is a Brooklyn-based performance artist, arts administrator, and educator. They hold an MFA in Dance from Florida State University and a BS in Dance Education from Hofstra University. They are the founder of Anna Paterson Dance Company, a queer Brooklyn based performance group and have shown their work at venues and festivals along the east coast. Alongside their choreographic and drag practice, Anna has worked in arts administration, marketing, and front-of-house operations with organizations including Dixon Place, Green Space, Robin Becker Dance and now Gibney. They are passionate about creating welcoming spaces for artists and audiences and are excited to contribute to the Gibney dance community.
