Bridget Caston
Director of Company Operations
BRIDGET CASTON (she/her) is an arts administrator, producer, and operations leader with experience supporting the strategic and day-to-day operations of nationally and internationally recognized dance organizations. Her work spans company management, producing, touring, artist services, and operations, grounded in cross-functional leadership and a commitment to building sustainable infrastructure that enables artists and organizations to thrive. She brings keen sensibilities to the needs of artists, the demands of robust technical production, and strategic financial management in order to create and tour work sustainably.
Caston previously served as project-based Company Manager for Gibney, Malpaso Dance Company and Nrityagram Dance Ensemble, and as Company Manager for Ephrat Asherie Dance and A.I.M by Kyle Abraham, leading domestic and international touring logistics, budgeting, artist services, travel, visas, and presenter relations.
From 2022–2024, Caston was Associate Producer with the Joyce Theater Foundation’s in-house producing entity, Joyce Theater Productions (JTP), where she contributed to the development and touring of works including Heart of Brick by serpentwithfeet, States of Hope by Hope Boykin, Bzzz by Caleb Teicher, and SW!NG OUT. She also supported Max Roach 100, a centennial celebration of the legendary jazz pioneer featuring artists Ayodele Casel, Rennie Harris, and Ronald K. Brown, and helped launch and manage the New York Center for Creativity & Dance. Her earlier experience includes roles with Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and Gesel Mason Performance Projects.
Caston holds a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography and a BBA in Consulting and Change Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
